Finding a Feature

 Second Complaint filed againist officers 

Pizana's two arrest affidavits say that she sat in the car and was on her phone while her friend was being subjected to a sobriety test. The affidavit said Snider told her she was "under detention" and not allowed to use her phone. Pizana continued to use the phone even though she was ordered to stop, the affidavit said.
The affidavit also said Pizana struck Snider in the arm in an attempt to keep her phone. When Oborski and Snider pulled her out of the car, she refused to stand up and was handcuffed while on her knees, the affidavit said.

Officers were both making charges under both Norma and Antonio, that were said not too be true.

3.Who would you need to interview to write your feature story?
Both Norma and Antonio.

4.List THREE QUESTIONS you would need to answer to write your feature story?
-Did both people talk back to the officers?
-Did officers have the camara in the car on?
- why wouldnt officers talk?

6. It has real life drama.
